Recibirás una orden de pago (factura proforma) en un plazo de 24 horas. Debes hacer el pago en un plazo de 5 días tras recibir esa orden. Una vez recibido tu pago te emitimos una autorización de recogida que es el documento que tienes que presentar a la hora de ir a recoger tus lotes. En esta autorización de recogida vienen todos los datos necesarios para contactar con el responsable, horario, emplazamiento… Una vez hayas retirado tu(s) lote(s) te enviamos la factura correspondiente.
